We are writing this letter to express our gratitude, for your prompt response to our telecon today. The hinge on our bathroom windows broke and with it being a large sash it was too heavy to lift it easily back into its frame. We sent out an SOS to your receptionist and within an hour Steve Pollard your engineer responded and he soon had the hinges replaced, otherwise it would have been very draughty in the bathroom at this time of year.
